Introduction
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority ("CATSA") is a Crown Corporation with headquarters in Ottawa and is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports. Objective
CATSA has an immediate requirement to procure services for the re-development of CATSA's website (including design, migration of data, testing, implementation) and content management systems ("CMS") (including integration, migration of data, testing, licenses, implementation, training, support and maintenance) to replace CATSA's current website and website CMS, as well as provision of website hosting services (including support and maintenance).
Mandatory Requirement
M1. The bidder must provide a statementy in the form of a letter within its Technical Proposal that it is currently providing or has provided a customer within the past two years (that is, services ending on a date no earlier than May 17, 2015), web services utilizing the Government of Canada's Web Experience Toolkit ("WET") in delivering the services.
