Description

Required Documents must be received in the MERX EBS system no later than April 4, 2022, 14:00 (2 p.m.) Ottawa Local Time. It is the suppliers’s responsibility to ensure that the Required Documents are delivered by this date in the MERX EBS system.
For Required Documents received in the MERX EBS system, the time of delivery shall be the time at which the whole e-bid finished uploading to the MERX EBS system as confirmed by the MERX EBS audit report.
CATSA may only accept Required Documents submitted in the MERX EBS system. Required Documents submitted by another means or at any other physical location (as applicable) may be deemed by CATSA to be non-compliant and rejected.
