Introduction
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) is a Crown corporation with headquarters in Ottawa and is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports.

Objective
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) has a requirement to procure General Contracting Construction Goods and Services for a period of five years as further described in the NOI documents.
 
Evaluation and Selection Process
All proposals will be examined in accordance with the following process:

Proposals will be evaluated against the Mandatory Requirements, as outlined in Section 5 (Minimum Eligibility Requirements to Participate in the RFSO) of the NOI documents.
