Description

The Canadian Red Cross (CRC) is interested in entering into a license agreement specifically to develop CRC Branded products for resale under a royalty agreement for our aquatics customers. We are specifically looking for a partner who will share our goals and who has existing relationships with aquatics customers, including but not limited to municipalities, private businesses and local consumers. Partner would be solely responsible for the development, manufacture and sales of CRC Branded products. Partner will also help in achieving minimum royalty expectations set by CRC but also help with exceeding this goal. This initiative is new for the organization and as such we do not have sales history upon which to establish hard targets or volumes.

Supplier must be able to support

Online ordering 24/7, shipping and handling with agreed to service levels for orders place in and to Canada
Bilingual customer service (English and French)
Act as distributor for CRC branded product line* including but not limited to:
- PFD with whistle attached
- Branded towels (with multiple options for graphics)
- Throwing assists
- Kickboards
- Swim Fins
- Hand paddles
- Goggles
- Assorted water toys
- Water noodles
- Pace clock
- Hula hoops
- Non-buoyant objects/toys
- Uniforms – hats, shirts, shorts, rash guards, swim suits, etc
- Rescue tubes

* Not all items may be branded CRC

Creation of a new CRC Instructor Milestone rewards program which could be distributed through CRC
Provide display samples for field staff to be able to showcase with customers locally without charge (all new items and items requiring refresh every two years)
Option to investigate integration with CRC branded eshop to maximize customer user experience (one stop shop)
