CRC 24-19 - ONTARIO FROZEN MEALS

OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to enable the Canadian Red Cross (“CRC”) to select one or more Bidder(s) for the provision of goods and/or services (“Successful Bidder”). Bidders do not need to prepare detailed proposals at this stage.  Bidders should provide basic information regarding capabilities and an indication as to how they would approach working with CRC to achieve this RFQ’s outlined objectives.

CRC is under no obligation to select a Bidder based on the Quotations received. If CRC chooses to make a selection, it shall be at CRC’s sole discretion.

CRC is inviting Bidders to respond to this RFQ for service providers to provide frozen meals and food items in Ontario. CRC is looking to sign a contract with the Successful Bidder(s) with a term of three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods.

Bidders may submit quotation for one or more defined areas within Ontario (each, a “Region”) outlined in this RFQ, based on their experience and interest. Each Region may require one or more services. Bidders may submit quotations across multiple Regions to provide select services required for each Region.
