RFPQ #EM 02/17 - EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (“EMIS”) V2

The Canadian Red Cross Society (the “Society” and/or the ‘CRC’) is seeking to pre-qualify firms that will be invited to bid on an upcoming RFP to select a service provider to develop the second version of the Emergency Management Information System (EMIS V2).  EMIS V2 will be the core system that will enable the CRC to provide information and assistance to beneficiaries before, during and after a disaster, as well as to better engage with partners during a disaster response.
 
Pre-qualification will be based on the Bidder’s ability to meet expectations for the services to be supplied, including the meeting of minimum criteria, where applicable, and the provision of all requisite information set out herein (answers to questions and required documentation) related to:
 
a) the structure of the Potential Supplier’s organization;
b) qualifications and experience;
c) comparable projects with references; and,
d) project team.
