RFQ PS 02/18 - CRC Learning and Development, Provision of Instructional Designers

The purpose of this RFQ is to enable the CRC (CRC) to select a potential supplier (Supplier) for the provision of two (2) or three (3) Instructional Designers (ID).
CRC’s commitment to delivering excellence while assisting people in need and providing meaningful engagement for our workers and partners inspires the development of innovative and effective learning and development solutions for internal (volunteers, employees and delegates) and external audiences.
CRC is inviting Suppliers to respond to this RFQ for IDs and undertake the following activities to support CRC in completing seven (7) to ten (10) projects until end of March 2019 (exact number of hours involved to be determined) and more projects (exact number of hours to be determined) in the following year to increase the number of learning and development offerings:

• • Act as a contracted vendor for Instructional Design (ID) Services in order to create interactive and engaging learning solutions for multiple needs of the CRC.
• • Design blended, online or classroom courses, and webinars using the ADDIE (Analyze Design Develop Implement Evaluate) model
• • Each learning solution will be a separate project. Each project will include the development of new learning solutions based on above-listed needs and priorities.
• • The ID contract includes but is not limited to needs assessment for each learning solution, interviews and consultations with staff and volunteers, design and editing of learning materials, formatting of materials to CRC standards, quality assurance and validation of work by CRC, regular status reports, evaluation of new learning programs in the pilot test, and editing / updating of learning materials after the pilot test. Project planning and management is provided by CRC.
