RFQ EM 18-01 - BC Fires - Pest Eradication

Project
The Canadian Red Cross (CRC) is interested in contracting a supplier(s) to provide pest eradication services for homes and community buildings in communities affected bt he British Columbia Wild Fires in 2017 that have been identified by the CRC. These communities are in the Cariboo, Southern Interior and Kootenay Regions. Communities can be in remote areas.

Requirements
CRC is inviting selected Suppliers to respond to this RFQ for providing pest eradication services as follows:
- Traveling to communities to assess pest situation and applying appropriate pest eradication measures in an effective and efficient manner.
- Includes meeting with community members and designated First Nations Health Authority as needed
to discuss the pest issue.
- Recommended pest eradication measures should also address work recommendations provided by the First Nations Health Authority Environmental Health officers.
- Provide information to help reduce future infestations.
- Ability to provide regular progress reports on services provided, summary of project costs in a format as requested by the CRC.
- Ability to provide acceptable timelines for work recommended and following recommended schedule.
- Capacity to schedule and complete work for multiple communities in parallel, each size may vary in size between 30 and 170 homes.
