Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to identify the need for one Contract for the provision of Gates & Perimeter Coverage defined as the provision of security services for Move In/Out, Gates’ Coverage, Perimeter/Barrier Coverage and Mobile Patrol Unit, or other areas as directed to the Canadian National Exhibition for the 2020 CNE, with the option subject to favourable performance review to extend for three separate CNE periods (2021, 2022, and 2023).

The documentation for each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope (submissions made by fax, or electronic message will not be accepted) displaying a full and correct return address. The Proposal shall be submitted in two (2) envelopes as identified in section 7.3. All envelopes required for bid submission shall be supplied by the bidder and labelled. Please do not include any financial information in envelope - Proposal.
The documentation for the proposal must be delivered no later than the Closing deadline indicated in the RFP (page 2) to:
