The overall objective of this project is to provide creative support solutions to workforce challenges in the agriculture and agri-food by addressing the following key objectives identified as priorities from the National Workforce Strategic Plan for Agriculture and Food and Beverage Manufacturing. The objective of the work included in this RFP is to conduct research, develop and enhance HR tools, training and resources to support training and development for agricultural and agri-food employers.
