A Mandatory site visit / bidders conference shall be held on August 18th 2017 at 1 pm
local time in order that Bidders fully satisfy themselves with regards to the scope of work
and existing site conditions.

All Bidders MUST attend this VISIT / Conference to be eligible to submit a Bid. All
Bidders will be required to sign in as proof of attendance.

At the Site Visit/Job Showing, Bidders will be shown the extent / requirements of the Work
covered under this ITT.
