About this project

Ingenium’s digital asset management system (OpenText Media Management) has been in place since
2016, currently running version 16.5. The system hosts over 215,000 digital assets (and growing),
focused mainly on photographs. Ingenium is looking to gather information from potential service
provides who can support ongoing small customizations to the system. This could include creating
new metadata schemas, taxonomy integration, implementing system upgrades, connecting OTMM to
other complementary systems (for example, our collections management system Axiell EMu,
OpenText Content Server, etc.), assisting our web development team with outward publishing portals,
etc.
