Description

The Corporation has a requirement for Exhibit Services providers.

The Corporation’s tradeshow group is currently comprised of three professionals who provide exhibit advice and support to all groups across the company. They are the Corporation’s Functional Authority and will be the primary liaison with the Exhibit Service Provider and will manage and supervise each requirement from start to finish.

Canada Post participates in approximately 35 tradeshows each year (7 in the US and the balance in Canada) promoting our Parcels, Direct Mail, Stamps, Digital Delivery Network, Data capabilities, and various Retail Products. In addition to these tradeshows, Canada Post also produces approximately 10 Canada Post hosted events across Canada.

Canada Post is seeking an Exhibit Service Provider to provide on an as and when required basis exhibit services. Such services includes:

Storage & inventory control management of Canada Post’s owned exhibit materials (booths, panels, hardware, signs, etc.)
Warehousing of Canada Post’s tradeshow collateral and show premiums
New booth production or enhancements to existing booths
Maintenance of tradeshow booth graphics and hardware
Repairing of inventory if needed
Disposal/Destruction of Canada Post’s material
Managing all shipping logistics, including international transportation and customs
Show services, including the booking of audio visual equipment, internet connections, additional furnishings, electricity, etc.
Providing on-site support; and
Set-up and tear down of booths
The intent of this RFP is to award a Standing Offer Agreement to one Proposer.

The proposed term of the Standing Offer Agreement will be for a period of five years commencing April 2017.

Canada Post Corporation intends to conduct negotiations with suppliers on this proposed procurement.
