Electronic Voting System Services for Elections

Canada Post requires a Contractor to provide a secure, convenient, reliable and cost-effective electronic voting system for elections at Canada Post.

The electronic voting (e-voting) system must offer the opportunity to vote online and by telephone using an integrated system.

The intent of this RFP is to establish an agreement with a Contractor to provide services to fully conduct elections through their online platform and telephone, on predetermined occasions of elections. Any resulting Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year (1) periods for a total of up to six (6) years.

The selected Proposer will, under guidance and monitoring from the Corporation, execute the elections online and through the phone voting system. The Contractor will also be required to issue reports of the election based on the pre-defined requirements.

Canada Post Corporation intends to conduct negotiations with suppliers on this proposed procurement.
