Canada Post requires a Contractor for the provision of Pre-Placement Functional Assessments (physical tests) for the hiring of Letter Carriers (Delivery Agents ) to ensure candidates are physically capable of performing the bona fide occupational requirements (BFOR) of the position.
This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards.
Canada Post intends to conduct negotiations with suppliers on this proposed procurement.

Postes Canada a besoin d’un entrepreneur en mesure de réaliser l’évaluation fonctionnelle préalable au placement (tests physiques) pour l’embauche de facteurs (agents de livraison) afin de veiller à ce que les candidats aient les capacités physiques nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences professionnelles justifiées du poste.
La DP établit le procédé par lequel un ou plusieurs soumissionnaires seront sélectionnés et par l’entremise duquel un ou des contrats leur seront accordés.
Postes Canada a l’intention de négocier avec des fournisseurs dans le cadre de cette demande d’approvisionnement.
