Description

The goal of this request for proposals is to create a list of prequalified suppliers (individual consultants/freelancers and consulting firms) the Council can call on to retain writing and revision services (in English or in French) for certain projects. A standing offer agreement is an administrative provision for providing goods and services at pre-arranged prices, under pre-arranged terms and conditions, for specified periods of time and on an as-needed basis. A standing offer is not a contract, and an order placed against such an offer is called a call-up. Each call-up is a separate contract between the Council and the pre-qualified supplier.
