The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a list of prequalified suppliers that the Canada Council for the Arts can call upon to augment project teams and operations to deliver results. This request for proposal will result in a list of potential partners who qualify to provide consulting resources at prearranged prices with set terms and conditions, for specific periods of time on an “as requested” basis.
