Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a list of prequalified suppliers to provide professional art handling services in Ottawa-Gatineau and in the Toronto area as needed for the Canada Council Art Bank.

The Canada Council would enter into Standing Offer Agreements with successful Firms for three years with the option to extend for a further two years.

A Standing Offer Agreement is an arrangement to provide goods and services at prearranged prices with set terms and conditions, for specific periods of time on an "as requested" basis. A Standing Offer is not a contract and an Order against a Standing Offer is a "Call-up".

Businesses offering their art handling services in either Ottawa-Gatineau or the Toronto area may apply for inclusion on this list.
