The Fanshawe College Residence is interested in entering into an agreement with a contractor to replace the lock systems at R1 (Falcon House) and the townhouse complex at R4 (Kestrel House). For R1, the Residence wishes to upgrade the lock management system as well as all swipe locks (suite entry, in-suite bedrooms, common areas, entrances, exits, etc.). For R4, the desire is to upgrade the lock management system as well as the locks for all exterior entrances. The project is to be completed between May 9th, 2022 and August 26th, 2022.
