Description

EllisDon, on behalf of CMLC is requesting proposals for design assist services, supply and
installation of structural steel for the new CMLC 9th Avenue Parkade, located in Calgary’s East
Village (the “Project”). Steel in this package will only involve major component steel, including
structural steel truss sections for the building superstructure, concrete accessory components
associated with truss fabrication (nelson studs, couplers, etc.) and ramp structural steel.
The intent of this RFP is to bring a structural steel contractor on board throughout the design
stages to complete their shop drawings as the engineer of record is completing the design
drawings.
