Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents shall submit 2 hard copies of their response; along with 1 electronic copy submitted on a memory stick in PDF format. If there are any differences between the hard copies and the electronic copy, the hard copy will prevail.
All hard copy documents and the electronic copy shall be delivered (or mailed) in a sealed envelope and shall indicate “RFP Response for Cast-In-Place & Reinforcement Testing, 9th Avenue Parkade” on the exterior of the envelope.
