Description

CADTH is seeking proposals for professional services to conduct a comprehensive salary and benefits market survey, and to review our existing salary structure for the purpose of making recommendations for implementing any proposed salary adjustments. Vendors will be asked to consider current Pay Equity legislation as well as the fact that CADTH has a female dominated employee population in their proposals.
