Description

CreateTO (the “Client”) is undertaking a feasibility analysis on behalf of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to understand the development potential of the Black Creek Pioneer Village parking lot (the “Site”), located at the north-west corner of Shoreham Drive and Murray Ross Parkway.

The Proponent is required to provide architectural services to support this feasibility analysis. Should TRCA decide to proceed with a planning application based on the findings of the feasibility analysis, the Proponent would also support the preparation of a planning application on the Site.
