Bruce Power is seeking a Supplier to provide application managed services for the business-critical Maximo application in alignment with our Vision for Maximo. Bruce Power desires as close to Software as a Service as possible, referred to in this document as “Maximo as a Service” 
The Supplier shall deliver seamless support to monitor and manage the application to ensure high uptime to meet the business needs. Bruce Power expects the Supplier, based on their operational expertise, to provide recommendations for industry leading service management. The Supplier selected as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Response will have demonstrated true partnership including expertise in delivering a robust Maximo service within large organizations, value-added offerings such as automation that will further leverage our Maximo investment, and commercial accountability as it relates to defined service levels.
