Description

The Shared Purchasing Service Consortium of Grey-Bruce is requesting responses to this RFT for the removal and disposal of a designated area of existing roof and roof replacement or repair using Hot Applied 3-Ply Asphalt Modified Built-Up Roofing systems at the following Bluewater District School Board locations.

Hillcrest Central School is located in Teeswater, Ontario. The Roof Sections which require replacement and/or repair at Hillcrest Central School are Roof Section 2.0 and Roof Section 3.0 with an approximate combined total of 18,488 square feet.

Hillcrest Elementary School is located in Owen Sound, Ontario. The Roof Sections which require replacement and/or repair at Hillcrest Elementary School are Roof Section A1, Roof Section A6, Roof Section B1, Roof Section B2, Roof Section B3 and Roof Section D1. These roof sections have an approximate combined total of 34,403 square feet.

There will be a mandatory site meeting on Wednesday March 27, 2019 at each of the two (2) locations detailed within this RFT. Proponents must attend the site meeting for each specific location(s) that he/she wishes to submit a response to. If a Proponent does not attend a site meeting he/she will not be permitted to submit a response for that location. Proponents are encouraged to attend the mandatory site meetings at all locations.
The Mandatory Site Meeting(s) will begin promptly at the schedule time. The Schedule for the site meeting(s) are as follows;

Hillcrest Central School (Teeswater) 9:30 a.m. EST
Hillcrest Elementary School (Owen Sound) 12:00 p.m. EST
