Description

The Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB) is requesting qualified Construction Management companies to submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Construction Management Services for proposed renovations and site work at the following Board location;

Paisley Central School located at 182 Arnaud St. Paisley, ON.

There is a mandatory Intent to Respond Form which must be submitted prior to April 9, 2019 at 3:00:59 p.m. EST.

There will be a site meeting held on April 10, 2019. All Proponents wishing to submit a response to this RFP should attend the site meeting. The Site Meeting will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The Schedule for the site meeting(s) are as follows;

Paisley Central School 10:00 a.m. EST

Proponents must meet outside of the main entrance of each location. No Proponent shall be permitted to enter the School(s) prior to the commencement of the site meeting. Should the site meeting need to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the alternate date for the site meeting will be April 11, 2019, times to be determined by the Board.

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix L- Pricing and Fee Form. All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 19-00016 Construction Management Services’
All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator at;
