There will be a site meeting held on April 12, 2018. All Proponents wishing to submit a response to this RFP should attend the site meeting. The Site Meeting will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The Schedule for the site meeting(s) are as follows;

Arran Tara Elementary School 9:30 a.m. EST
Holland-Chatsworth Central School 11:15 a.m. EST

Proponents must meet outside of the main entrance of each location. No Proponent shall be permitted to enter the School(s) prior to the commencement of the site meeting.
- Arran Tara Elementary School located at 106 Brook Street West Tara, ON.
- Holland Chatsworth Central School located at 777346 Hwy 10 Holland Centre, ON.

Directives additionelles d’appel d’offres

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form.

Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix L- Pricing and Fee Form.

All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 18-1012 Construction Management Services’

All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator.
