The Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB) is requesting qualified Construction Management companies to submit a response to this RFP for the provision of Construction Management Services for proposed renovations and site work at the following Board locations:

Bruce Peninsula District School located at 5 Moore Street Lion’s Head ON.
Amabel-Sauble Community School located at 555 Sauble Falls Pkwy Sauble Beach, ON.

Each location will be a separate project.

There will be a site meeting held on March 22, 2018. All Proponents wishing to submit a response to this RFP should attend the site meeting. The Site Meeting will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The Schedule for the site meeting(s) are as follows;

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix L- Pricing and Fee Form.

All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 18-1011 Construction Management Services’

All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator at;
