There will be a site meeting held on March 20, 2018. All Proponents wishing to submit a response to this RFP should attend the site meeting.The Site Meeting will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The Schedule for the site meeting(s) are as follows;

Grey Highlands Secondary School 10:00 a.m. EST
G. C. Huston Public School 1:00 p.m. EST
Huron Height Public School 2:30 p.m. EST

Location(s) and Addresses of Site Meeting(s) are as follows:
- Grey Highlands Secondary School located at 100 Toronto Road South, Flesherton, ON
- G. C. Huston Public School located at 61 Victoria Street North Southampton, ON.
- Huron Heights Public School located at 785 Russell Street Kincardine, ON.

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix L- Pricing and Fee Form.

All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix L – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 18-1010 Construction Management Services’

All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator at;
