All Proponents are requested to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes.
One envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of the Non-Financial Criteria in this envelope.The second envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of Appendix A – Pricing Sheet and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix A Pricing Sheet in this second envelope.
