Description

The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board and the Bluewater District School Board are requesting qualified Grass Cutting Service Providers to submit a response to this RFP for the provision of Grass Cutting Services for all Board locations.

The Term of this Agreement is intended for a period of five (5) years with an option in favour of the Board(s) to extend the Term of Agreement, on the same Terms and Conditions, for an additional period of three (3) years available in one (1) year increments. The initial Term of this Agreement shall commence on or around January 1, 2019 and shall expire on December 31, 2023. This Agreement shall not extend beyond December 31, 2026.

Prior to submitting a Response to this RFP, it is mandatory that each Proponent:
- visit each site they wish to submit a response to,
- consult with the Head Custodian, or other specified Facilities Services Representative, at each site they wish to submit a response to,
- visually inspect each site that they wish to submit a response to,
- familiarize themselves with the site and any potential obstacles
- have the Head Custodian Sign Appendix C – Confirmation of Site Visit Form to confirm that a Site Visit has been completed
Failure to conduct a site visit with the Head Custodian shall result in the disqualification of the Response for that specific site.
