Event Note

There will be a mandatory site meeting held on April 3, 2017. All Proponents wishing to submit a response to this RFP must attend the site meeting.
The following schedule for the mandatory site meeting will be observed;
Arran-Tara Elementary School 9:00 a.m.
Keppel-Sarawak Elementary School 11:00 a.m.
Osprey Central School 3:30 p.m.
Proponents must meet outside of the main entrance of each location at the designated time.

Envelope 1 - RFP 17-1023 Non-Financial Criteria

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix N – Pricing and Fee Form.
Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix N- Pricing and Fee Form.
All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix N – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 17-1023 Construction Management Services’
