Description

The board is inviting qualified internet service providers with the technical expertise and capacity to offer high-speed broadband internet service through last mile connectivity at every board location listed on Appendix C1-Sites. The new infrastructure must be able to support a targeted download speed of 1 megabit per second based on the population at each location. Students, at minimum, will be able to download an average classroom file of 25 MB in less than 1 minute.
