BGIS_00000 - Bridgepoint Caregiver Centre

Project is to be a CCDC 2 Contract as ammended by the provided Supplementary Conditions.

Provided schedule B and Schedule C shall supersede any other documents.

The intent of the project is to renovate spaces at the Hennick Bridgepoint Hopstial Caregiver Centre at 1 Bridgepoint Dr, Toronto ON.

Scope of work and details of the requirement can be found in the included consultant drawings and specifications.

A mandatory site visit will be held on August 30, 2022. See below for further details. Only bidders who attend the meeting will be allowed to bid on this project.

All questions are to be sent to the PM listed under section 4.4 and should include the proposal coordinator listed on the front page within the deadline provided below. All questions received prior to the deadline will be responded to through addenda.

All bidders will be subject to the attached BGIS Vendor Performance Program.

All bidders must comply with all the included policies and H&S requirements

Work hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays and wekeends. Work may be allowed between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM folllwing approval from facility.

Contractor is to minute all construction meeting minutes and is to provide an updated schedule and change order/CCN summaries prior to each construction meeting. Construction meetings will be held bi-weekly with the option to switch to weekly meetings if the Client deems it required.

Contractor to esnure no disruption to daily site activities throughout the duration of the project. Facility processes are to be respected during the construction period.

All communication under this contract is to be sent to BGIS with the project number included in the subject line. BGIS will distribuite to other stakeholders as required or to instruct Contractor to include specific stakeholders on communication as required.
