PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services:

Data Centers and Points of Presence.

Vendors prequalified further to the request for qualification process dated June 7th, 2018 will receive detailed tender documentation by email.
At the end of the selection process, BDC will negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the services.

No other individual within BDC team has the authority to respond to vendors unless indicated otherwise by BDC Main Contact.
