- Purpose of this Notice
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a
procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services:
- Support BDC in the development of an e-Learning program around marketing fundamentals.
Vendors prequalified further to the request for qualification process dated April 27, 2018 will receive detailed tender documentation by email.
At the end of the selection process, BDC will negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the services. The contemplated duration of the agreement is 12 months, starting on July 25, 2018.
