Brief Description of Work

This RFP is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to prospective Non-Profit Housing Societies to submit proposals for the provision of Supportive Housing Operator Services in Vancouver, BC.
The successful Proponent will provide property management services as well as on-site support services. Support services are intended to help residents achieve and maintain stability in housing and enhance access to other community-based supports and services which help individuals build self reliance and foster resilience against homelessness.
The site will be a three (3) storey building and will be located at 2303-2355 Vanness Street, Vancouver, BC. The expected total area of the building is approximately 25,000 SQ FTG. The site will be designed to have approximately fifty-eight (58) studio suites, a commercial kitchen, a dining area, common washrooms, common laundry, program space and offices.
The purpose of the Site is to provide Supportive Housing to individuals age 19 and over as the primary target population.
