This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to prospective Non-Profit Housing Societies and housing Co-operatives to submit proposals for the provision of Operator Services to include Ownership of the property at Affordable Rental Housing at 259 Backstreet Blvd, Penticton, BC in accordance with this RFP and sample Operating and Operator Agreements attached as Appendix A.
