AIRFIELD LIGHTING REHABILITATION
CONTRACT NO.: 21-0058

Sealed Tenders on supplied forms will be received by TOWN OF STEPHENVILLE AIRPORT, 13 Tennessee Drive, Stephenville, NL A2N 2Y3, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 26, 2021. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. local time.

Scope of Work:

The works proposed under this contract generally includes:

Runway 09-27 High Intensity Edgelighting
Taxiway Alpha, Taxiway Bravo and Apron I Edgelighting
Wind Direction Indicators
Runway 09 Runway Threshold Identification Lighting (RTIL)
Runway Guard Lights
Runway 09 Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPI)
New Constant Current Regulators
New Airfield Lighting Control System

Plans, specifications, and tender forms may be obtained from www.merx.com, beginning Thursday, August 5, 2021.

Last day for tender questions is Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. local time.

Tender Security of 10% of the Total Tender Price will be required.
