Description

The AMF is seeking information from providers regarding their electronic document processing and selection system.
This request for information does not bind the AMF in any way as regards the publication of a call for tenders or the awarding of a contract.
If necessary, the AMF reserves the right to request additional information from providers who have responded to this request for information.
The following are the objectives of this request for information:

Improve our understanding of the products available on the market and inform ourselves about current and future trends in this market.
Obtain information about the available products and their estimated price based on the requirements defined in section 4 of this request for information.
REQUIREMENT The system the AMF is seeking will be used over the long term (five years or more) by the CFL's IT investigators. There are currently seven investigators; five additional members may be added to the team within the next five years. The system must be able to be installed within the AMF's "on-premise" technological infrastructure. It must be functional within an isolated network without internet access ("air gap"). In other words, a cloud computing system is not appropriate.
This notice is also published on the electronic tendering system (SEAO) in Quebec.
