Description

AFMC requires a third-party to provide all audiovisual requirements for the 2023 onsite program. The program will host approximately 250+ concurrent abstract sessions, 8-10 plenary sessions, 100+ meetings, and 10-20 receptions. The third party will provide all equipment, set up, take down, and onsite support during the congress. The plenary hall will be set for 1000+ people, and will need a stage, visual aids, and sound for the room, as well as being live-streamed and recorded.
