Proposal submissions prepared in response to this call for Agency Staffing Services must be prepared exclusive of cost estimates, which are to be provided separately as follows:

Five (5) copies of the proposal are to be submited in a sealed envelope/package that is clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL - AGENCY STAFFING SERVICES PROPOSAL

Five (5) copies of the proposal costing and expenses are to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope/package that is clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL - AGENCY STAFFING SERVICES PROPOSAL

Questions may be submitted via email no later than 12:00pm on Friday October 15, 2021.

Submissions must be received and time stamped no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday October 20, 2021.

Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late bids will not be accepted
