In January 2019, the Purchaser deployed Workday software-as-a-service applications to support Human Resources, Payroll and Finance functions. Later that year, Adaptive Planning, which is now also owned by Workday Ltd, was adopted for budgeting. The College continues to evolve all aspects of the system to leverage the investment in this solution and to adopt new functionality in support of the institution’s Strategic and Business Plans.
The Purchaser requires Application Management Services for Workday optimization and support to augment capacity and expertise to deliver on business-critical objectives within given timeframes.
Service requests will be of an ad-hoc, on-demand nature or will be defined by the Purchaser as a Project with a separate Statement of Work. A Project requires more structure around Scope, Schedule, Resources, Cost, Quality and Communication.
The range of requests could include the Purchaser seeking
- assistance with troubleshooting a particular issue
- expert advice and guidance on a solution proposed by the College’s Workday resources
- a proposal for a full solution
- a review of current configuration resulting in recommendations for improvement.
In all cases, Services are delivered in a manner that encourages learning and self-sufficiency for the College’s Workday resources.
