Description of Deliverables
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Investment Manager Advisory Services as required, and as specified within this document.

Scope of Work
i)           Undertake an examination of existing Investment College Policies for Endowment Funds and Operating Funds (attached as appendices G and H) and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement

ii)          Review the current strategies being used by College Treasury Staff in managing the College’s investments, in conjunction with the College’s cash flow needs, and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement.

iii)        Assist with the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Investment Management Services, including the preparation of the request for proposal document and assessment of proponent responses.

iv)        Prepare and provide guidelines and tools for ongoing analysis/assessment of Investment Manager performance.
