18049 - Campus Healthcare Clinic Opportunity

This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to operate a self-sustaining full-service Healthcare Clinic at the Ottawa Campus and provide assessment and treatment of minor illnesses or injury at our Perth Campus in support of the academic mandate of The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables, (the “Deliverables”).

The objective of this RFP is to identify a successful Proponent who can present the College with a proposal to operate a self-sustaining primary care clinic without the need for subsidization from the College or its students.
 
The proponent will be required to satisfy the following objectives:
•        Deliver a level of healthcare clinic service that at minimum maintains the current level of service delivery and targets to make improvements guided by mutually agreeable key performance indicators (including wait times)
•        At the Ottawa Campus – Present a financially self-sustaining operating model for the existing full service healthcare clinic
•        At the Perth Campus - Provide assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injury
