Description

The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking proposals for the provision of Construction Management services on the North Service Road Rehabilitation Project. The North Service Road is an east-west alignment and main thoroughfare within the College campus serving vehicle traffic, pedestrians and public transit. It is a College owned and maintained roadway. The Road extends from the intersection at the main parking lot entrance to City-owned Navaho Drive. Existing facilities along the roadway include Building G, the new Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC), College residences, the Student Commons, and Building F.
