This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents that are authorized ARCHIBUS certified partners to submit Proposals for the provision of ARCHIBUS software licensing, hosting, along with related maintenance, technical support, and remote user training (“Services”) to The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (“the Purchaser”) as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables, (“The Deliverables”).
The Purchaser is currently using, and will require, these modules:
- Smart Client Application
- Space Planning & Management
- Asset Management
- Building Operations
- System Administration
The Services required include:
- Renewal of the ARCHIBUS software licensing, currently expiring October 25, 2022, for the following:
- 25 ARCHIBUS Web Central Portal term-based licenses.
- 5 Smart Client Extensions for AutoCAD.
- 25 Mobile Framework licenses.
- Provision of a secure and supported hosting Services for the ARCHIBUS solution.
- Provision of ARCHIBUS technical support as well as a block of 50 support hours, annually.
- Upgrade from the existing version (Version 22.1 Build 22.1.1.331) to version 26.3 and Mobile
4.0, while keeping the Active Directory integration functionality.
- Implement Single sign-on (SSO) authentication with the Purchaser's Identity Provider.
- Provide licensing for additional ARCHIBUS modules as determined the Purchaser.
- Work with the Purchaser to implement upgrades released during the term of the agreement.
