Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide talent assessment services to help develop Agricorp employees to their potential in order to achieve organizational goals for continued positive employee engagement.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent for two (2) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

The selected proponent is expected to provide talent assessment services on an ad-hoc basis for all Agricorp organizational levels including:

Executive
Management
Non-management technical/professional
Administrative

For the purposes of:

Recruitment and selection
Employee development
Employee coaching
Management/executive coaching
Succession management

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Proposals are to be e-mailed to agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be considered non-compliant and rejected.
