Description

This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit Bids for Boiler Controls Replacement, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables"). This RFT is issued by the Art Gallery of Ontario (“AGO”).

become familiar with existing conditions, shall not relieve the Bidder of any
obligation with respect to its Bid or any executed Agreement
will only consider bid submissions received from Bidders who have

this competitive bid. Bid submissions from Bidders who have not registered
