Proposals must be received by courier, or in person, on or before November 15, 2019 12:00pm local Toronto time. Submission of Proposals by fax, email or other electronic means will not be accepted. Bids not received and time-stamped by the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened, without further consideration (even if they were mailed prior to the closing date above). Bids which are mailed, not properly marked, or which are delivered to any location within the AGO other than the office of Shipping / Receiving will be rejected and returned un-opened and unaccepted.

Proposals should be signed and sealed in an envelope. Please ensure that your firm’s name, address, and contact person’s name and phone number, as well as the RFP number and title, is clearly displayed on the envelope containing your Proposal.
Incomplete proposals may be rejected.
